The Public Administration
Public Administration Major aims to cultivate all-around developing students in morality, intelligence and health, with the knowledge of modern management theory, technique and methods and the ability of the application of the knowledge. The students are engaged in the supervisory work high-level practical special talented talents to undertake managing work in cultural enterprise and industry, state organs, enterprise and institution and social communities.
The students learn the basic theories and knowledge of modern management, science of administration, culture undertakings administration, economics and so on. Trained in terms of general management methods, and basic quality and skills of administrative personnel, they master modern management theories, technique and methods, and basic quality and understand the running characteristics and rules of public enterprises and cultural corporations. They possess the basic capability of planning, organizing, decision-making, coordinating, managing and serving and primary ability of carrying out scientific research.
